Job Description :
  • Installing program, protecting it
  • Full knowledge of the program, dealing with all the different plugins and installing them.
  • Dealing with free and paid themes and installing them
  • Handling different program issues and problems whether related to the program itself or its databases, ability to execute the required alterations on blocks and CSS.

Front-end Web Developer

Job Description :
  • Bringing a designer’s concept to life with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Create user-friendly ,responsive websites
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes
  • Testing the site during development for usability and fixing any bugs
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides
  • Be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching. (Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle)
Job Inquiries :
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. (Must)
  • Proficient understanding of CMS concept and Experience in any CMS like (wordpress , joomla) (Must)
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks,including jQuery (Must)
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to workaround them. (Must)
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

UI/UX Design

Job Description :
  • Research, recognize and apply top industry trends, where appropriate, to business solutions
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Create functioning prototypes of early stage solutions for evaluation by customers and internal stakeholders
  • Create, improve and use sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and/or documentation that articulate site and application structure and organization, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Create and own overall visual aesthetic of our solutions
  • Create images, icons, color schemes, etc.
  • Ensure a high level of usability for all users
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure our overall company brand fits nicely with our product
  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis, presenting prototypes and/or design mockups to communicate concepts
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that what they build meets your exacting standards of beauty and consistency across all our products

Linux System Admin

Job Description :
  • Performs as a senior member of the system administration team to support the installation, integration, optimization, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, modification, security.
  • Upgrading of IT systems and components to provide services that enable customers to effectively apply IT to business requirements.
  • Distributed new or upgraded software to ensure customers receive current version of supported software
Skills :
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux operating system (CentOS, Redhat, Ubuntu).
  • Advanced knowledge of cPanel/WHM control panel.
  • Knowledge of bash shell scripting (or Python or Perl).
  • Familiarity with web server apps/servers such as: Apache, MySQL, Exim, DNS, Pure FTPD, ProFTPD.
  • Know how to use package management systems such as YUM and APT.

Quailty Controller

Job Description :
  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team. .
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
  • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
  • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
