- Installing or uninstalling the client’s program, and setting the server to suit his/her program, if possible.
- Linking the server, selecting the partitions to be backed up and other settings.
- Helping the client in restoring processes during emergency cases.
- Updating the client’s program and what follows it throughout the subscription period. (This may require providing the server administrator data).
- Providing tips and instructions to ensure the best possible use.
