After logging in to the customer’s account  ( CloudFlare.com ), then press ( DNS settings ),  ( DNS ) can not be updated and the below message is shown:

Your DNS zone file is hosted by Dimofinf, Inc, a CloudFlare partner.

Changes to your DNS settings must be made through Dimofinf, Inc's website.

To solve this issue, follow the below: 

Login to Cpanel, then press (Zone Editor), through which (DNS) settings can be edited.
