Secured data like Cpanel password can be safely mentioned within the ticket by using a custom field named “Secured data”. So that, you will not enter any data in the ticket text. 

While the ticket is being submitted, there is a box named “Message Text” in which the reply is written, there is another box below this one with name “Secured Data”, the data can be entered in this field as shown in the below picture: 

* Note: The concerned department that will receive this data has to be selected through the check box up there “Department”.

 

* The service related to the ticket can be as well selected through the check box “Related Services”.
