Short URLs Plugin

Brief: this plugin enables the website members to shorten and save URLs very easily which helps in spreading your website and increase the web visitors indirectly. 

Firstly: Short URL Settings: 

1-Log In to the control panel

2-From the setting list, select (Plugins settings) as the below picture: 

3-A list will show up, choose (Short URL settings) as shown below: 

The below setting options will show up: 

-Enable Short URLs: activate or deactivate this plugin. Noting that if the plugin is deactivated, short URLs are not included in the website man list. 

-Activate The Automatic Redirect Of URL Without Display The AD Page: activate or deactivate automatic redirect to the link content without displaying the ads. 

-Plugin Short URL: enter the short default short URL used in this plugin, noting that it has to be unique, short, and free of numbers. 

Press (Edit Setting) to save. 

Secondly: to edit or delete any link, follow the below: 

From the control panel> select plugins> short URLs> then add/edit ads as the picture below: 

The below template will show up: 

Enter the ad details in the (Add/Edit Ads) field, and press (Submit) to add, or (Reset) to re enter a new data.

Noting that this ad is owned by the admin and can be shown to all members and visitors when the short URLs plugin is used. 

Thirdly: access to approved short URLs: 

From the control panel> select plugins> short URLs> list of approved short URLs and below template will show up: 

Select the URLS that you want to delete, and press (Remove). 

Fourthly: access to pending short URLs: 

From the control panel> select plugins> short URLs> list of pending short URLs and below template will show up: 

Select URLS that you want to approve and press (Submit). 

To add short URL by members and admins without using the control panel, follow the below: 

Select short URL from the website list: 

The below page will show up: 

Press (List my short URLs) to show them or add a new one by pressing (Create your short URL) and the below template will appear: 

-URL: enter the link that is shortened and will be redirected to. 

-Description: enter details about the link. 

-Add/Edit Ads: the ad that is shown to the visitors when they use the short URL. 

Press (Submit) to shorten the link, or (Reset) to re enter a new data.
