• Installing or uninstalling the client’s program, and setting the server to suit his/her program, if possible.
  • Linking the server, selecting the partitions to be backed up and other settings.
  • Helping the client in restoring processes during emergency cases.
  • Updating the client’s program and what follows it throughout the subscription period. (This may require providing the server administrator data).
  • Providing tips and instructions to ensure the best possible use.
