The Dimofinf Unban Center allows you to unblock your IP address or that of a client without needing to create a support ticket. To use this feature, follow these steps:

 

1. Access the Unban Center: Navigate to Unbancenter. A firewall prompt will appear requesting a username and password. Use your provided credentials to log in. If you don't have these credentials, contact the hosting support team to obtain them.

 

2. View Server and IP Information: After logging in, you'll see a page displaying your server's hostname and your IP address.

 

3. Unblock Your IP: To unblock your own IP address, click the "Check & Unban" button.

4. Confirmation Message: A message will confirm the successful unblocking of your IP and provide the reason for the initial block.

5. Unblock Another IP: To unblock a different IP address (e.g., for a client or visitor), enter the desired IP in the "Client IP Address" field and click "Check & Unban."

 

6. Non-Blocked IP Notification: If the entered IP isn't blocked, a message will inform you that the IP is not currently blocked.

This process enables quick and efficient unblocking of IP addresses without the need for support tickets.
