Brief: this module enables you to transfer the website to questions-and-answers one. As members can exchange questions and answers or members can exchange these questions with the admin and the conversation can be seen by only the member.
Contents can be added to section following two methods:
-First method: using the CMS control panel.
-Second method: using section page shown to the visitors.
Follow the below tutorial to add content to the questions module:
Firstly:
1- Login to the control panel.
2- From modules list, select “Questions”> then “List” as shown in the below picture:
3- Press the icon “Add” in front of the section you want to add content to as the below picture:
Secondly:
Login to the website homepage, and choose the section you want to add content to, then press (add).
In both cases, the below template will show up:
Important note: the fields of the template are different depending on the CMS permissions given to each user.
-User: this option enables to add a name for the user that will publish the news.
-Section: after pressing the section box, a dropdown list includes the mobile sections through which you can select the required section.
Note: every user has access only to the permitted section for him and his group.
-Title: is recommended to be short, compatible with the context, and contains the keywords of the content.
-Content: enter the question you want to add noting that this content contains the (BBcode Editor) and (Wydiwyg Editor), you can set one of them by pressing its icon.
-Suggested tags: they are used for searching in any browser. Accurate selection of these words helps in SEO and attract more visitors to your website.
Dimofinf V.5 provides you with some key words depending on the title. You can choose from these keywords or enter another ones in the (Tags) box
-Picture: add one picture or more to be displayed with the content.
Use the (Drag and Drop) technique to upload pictures, or press (Upload) to choose one from your device. All pictures are displayed in a slider.
CMS allows you to upload several images considering the suitable dimensions. You can order images as per as the displaying priority using the drag and drop technique.
-Allow Comments (In case comments plugin is activated): by activating comments plugin, you can add different comments plugins valid in Dimofinf store such as (Facebook,Disquss…) all platforms will be shown in the same block highlighting every individual one.
Note: The comments block can be displayed on the internal pages of the module only, not all the website pages.
Firstly: activate (Allow Comments) option while you are creating the content.
Secondly: follow the below steps if you don’t create comments block yet.
Activate (Default Layout) from the main menu, then press (Adding Block) on the side page. Select (Comments) block and drag it to where you want to be displayed.
-Allow pingbacks: This feature helps in SEO as a digital marketing strategy. It consists of a group of external links “backlink” that refers to your website. For example, if a link that refers to a page of your website is included in any article published on other websites, this content will be recorded on your server. It is preferably to activate this feature for all content.
-Status: there is a list of options to set the ad status, that is shown only for the “Super Admin or “Admin”, and other members will show the allowed ones as per as permission given to them.
For example, if the “Super Admin” is only only is meant to publish ads, he may select (published) to launch the ad, or (pending) to be reviewed and published later.
-Publishing Date: set the date when the ad will be launched on the website.
Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data.
How to add an answer:
Add an answer to any question on the website by pressing the button (Add answer) beneath the content.
And another template will show up:
-User: this option enables to add a name of publisher to the content.
-Title: is recommended to be short, compatible with the context, and contains the keywords of the content.
-Content: enter the ad details you want to convey to the visitor.
Both fields (Brief) and (Content) contain the (BBcode Editor) and (Wydiwyg Editor), you can set one of them by pressing its icon.
-Picture: add a picture that grasps the visitor’s attention and helps him to conduct the answer. Or add the answer without any pictures.
-Status: there is a list of options to set the ad status, that is shown only for the “Super Admin or “Admin”, and other members will show the allowed ones as per as permission given to them.
For example, if the “Super Admin” is only only is meant to publish ads, he may select (published) to launch the ad, or (pending) to be reviewed and published later.
Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data.
Start a new conversation:
The member and admin can have a conversation that is not published on the website.
To execute this action, press (start a new conversation)
A template will show up:
-Content: is to enter the discussion content.
Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data.
All conversations can be deleted by pressing (Delete all messages) existed beside the button (Start a new discussion).
You can use the control panel to review the questions by following the below:
1- From modules list, select “Questions”> then “Questions with dialogues” as shown in the below picture:
From (Action) clause, press the button (Replies) to review the discussion.
You are able to view the conversation parties and the content. If you want to delete this conversation, press the button (Delete) beneath the conversation itself.
